Before embarking on his journey of entrepreneurship, Avik was working with Godrej Properties, Kolkata as “Head - Channel Sales” for nearly 5 years. He has also been associated with Mani Group for a considerable period of 5 years where he has been responsible for handling high-end transactions and investment portfolios of HNI clients. He started his career in real estate from NK Realtors, where he had been awarded as “Best Marketing Executive” for selling highest sales volume in Kolkata West International City amongst all the Marketing Agents.

In-depth understanding of the Indian market and how the transaction process works with strong network and ability to source investment opportunities through existing contacts coupled with strong analytical skills & innovative marketing strategy.
