New Town

New Town is a planned area situated on the northeastern periphery of Kolkata. It falls under North 24 Parganas district and is a part of New Town Kolkata Development Authority. It comprises a blend of residential developments, commercial cum retail complexes, corporate parks, and institutional entities. Most of the residential projects in New Town are multi-story apartments. New Town is also a major upcoming employment hub in Kolkata, along with Salt Lake Town V.
